Refund policy

Live Plants are Perishable

Our plants are living, delicate products and require proper care once they reach you. Because of this, we follow a limited returns & refund policy.


1. Returns Not Accepted

  • We do not accept returns of plants once delivered.

  • Plants cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, size/shape variation, or natural differences from photos.

    2. Replacement / Refund Eligibility

    We only offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

    • Plant arrived damaged, dead, or severely unhealthy.

    • Wrong product delivered (different plant from what you ordered).


    3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

    To process a claim, you must:

    • Send clear photos of the plant and

    • Provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package (without cuts/edits).

    ⚠️ Claims without unboxing video + photos will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    4. Reporting Timeline

    • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as plant health depends on care after unboxing.


    5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Decorative planters, soil, and gardening accessories are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.

    • Customized/bulk gifting orders are not eligible for return.

      6. Refund / Replacement Process

      • Once we verify the photos & unboxing video:
        ✅ Free replacement of the same plant (if available)
        ✅ Store credit of equal value (valid for 6 months)
        ✅ Refund (only if replacement not possible)


      7. Customer Responsibility

      • Once delivered in healthy condition, the plant’s survival depends on proper watering, care, and environment.

      • We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by delayed unboxing, negligence, or wrong care.
